Megan Hammond July 29, 2016 Senior Services, Workforce zero The SCSEP is the one federally funded program that gives low-income seniors with assets to help them seamlessly reenter the workforce. Through SCSEP, seniors receive paid, half-time group service positions and work-based coaching at native nonprofit organizations. “National Able Network is worked up to provide the SCSEP in Delaware’s New Castle County as a sub-grantee of Delaware Health and Social Services, Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities. We are wanting ahead to meeting and working with program individuals and host companies to develop collaborative services that includes career coaching which will assist members obtain employment and self-sufficiency. Our new Program Manager, Christopher Waters, is a local of Wilmington, Del. and brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas to this program,” stated Vice President of Workfo rce Services and Development, Patricia Wilkins.
